Got this thing about a year ago and I love it! Looks great, sounds great. Much better to adjust than your standard bridge and you don't need to worry about the saddles slipping. The only issue I have is the saddle corners can be a bit pointy, so watch your technique if you're using a pick as you can poke or scratch yourself a bit if you get carried away.

I put one on my 2013 pbass since the saddle height adjustment screw didnt work anymore, The new bridge has 19mm stock string spacing and I reset it back to 20mm as my pbass was, and its been great ever since.

I got this bridge to replace the stock bridge on my fender classic series 70s Jazz Bass. The vintage style bridge on it also came with vintage problems -- the saddles would randomly drop with my heavy handed play style, and thus the action and tuning would go out of whack. Unacceptable. I've everything else about the bass so I looked into these. Great choice! I got the brass with gold finish for a flashier look. It feels solid, helps balance the weight of the bass, and looks great. Tonally, I've got sustain for days if I want it, and it's definitely punchy. Most importantly, no worrying about action or intonation issues-- the saddles stay locked in place. Highly recommend.

I received a MIM Fender P-bass, vintage circa 1993/94, as a birthday gift, thereby launching my musical pursuits beyond just listening to great artists and groups. After a great deal of online research, I upgraded the bone-stock bass with the bent steel bridge with one of these brass A Styles. Paired with a set of Rotosound 66 Swing Bass nickle strings, my bass is quite the growler. What a sound!! I can sense the vibrations through the guitar body into my abdomen. A high quality build; more money than off-shore aftermarket bridges but American made. Good on ya, Hipshot!
