I was introduced to these when I got a schecter appocolypse. Since trading that i have bought 2 for my guitar at the time. I currently use a volume knob on my jackson kelly ke3 these are my go to no matter if it's a high end or a cheap end guitar. I love the grip and look. I use chrome knobs to give my all black guitar a bit of flare. These are great and I dont have to worry about slipping when I'm in the zone!

They're good looking and function fine but the rubber o-rings are prone to something resembling ozone cracking. It would be nice to see another type of o-ring material used in a future revision perhaps.

These knobs just make it all complete. Great grip, solid feel and matching finish with all of the other Hipshot products.

I think you would sell more of these if they would fit on a .250" solid shaft CTS pot. I love them but I have to drill them out every time. There is a trick to that too. Remove set screw completely insert pin or other rod into hole, place in wooden-jaw vise so that the rod stops it from turning in vise. Drill out with 1/4" machine drill.

To the commentor above. The orings can be replaced easily with a simle trip to the hardware store. The rubber rings are as plentiful as plumbing washers. For a buck you can get a lifetime supply. Relax brother; breathe deep; don't panic; help is coming . . . phew . . . that was scary~! These are class A knobs

I own a Cort A5, which mounts these knobs... they're really good looking, but after some years the rings are starting to break or slip away more easily
