Installed this on a 2006 Jackson SLSMG. The strings rub against the back of the bridge, but it doesn't affect how it plays and I'm a lot happier not having a sharp saddles digging into my hand during palm muting. The extra travel also allows me to intonate the low C without issues on the 25.5in scale. Note it has teflon paint on the surface, so if you use passive electronics, you'll need to sand off a spot on the posts, saddle notches, and inside of the bridge to ensure the ground connects properly.

I installed this bridge on my Schecter Hellraiser Avenger and it is way better! Solid 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it. I will be installing this bridge on my Gibson, Les Paul.

Best bridge for downtuning.

I replaced the TonePros TOM in my Schecter Blackjack SLS with this, and it has been an upgrade in every way. Not only did the sustain and tone improve as advertised, but it even improved string tension and tuning stability. I was expecting a noticeable but subtle difference, and this bridge far exceeded expectations. I can’t recommend it enough!
