A bridge saddle came with a seized height adjustment screw. I contacted Hipshot and within one business day they replaced it for free. Couldn't be happier.

I'm using this bridge in a custom bass is just perfect. Solid and very easy to set up.

I have a Hipshot style B bridge on my custom built Jordan bass. All I can say, is that the adjustments are quite easily made, and the unit, as a whole, is rattle free. I would recommend this bridge to anyone seeking a a "modern retro" style set-up. Money well spent.
